Someone told me once that I needed to lose weight. And now that I have, am I forever doomed to repeat the cycle?

I sneezed and it seemed the world changed. All it takes is an instant- the blink of an eye. One decision can spiral out of control- just one. You just have to be brave enough to take the leap to shut down the system.

I could lead this into a discussion of chemistry or comment on what inspired this post...but this is not what I desire.
